Pros
Here are my top reasons that I love working here: 1) Great Team: My team is the best. I love coordinating with them and there is always a free-flow exchange of ideas. 2) Global and remote: The team is based across continents and I get to interact with people from Europe and Americas almost every day. 3) Work-Life Balance: The work-life balance here is pretty great. 4) Leave policy: Although I have not taken any leaves till now. I have colleagues who have taken leaves easily and without much hassle from the top brass.
Cons
The only downside could be that being a totally remote job , you never get to be in office but on the upside, there is a lot of banter, we have slack groups for almost everything ranging from photography to music. So whatever your hobby or interest maybe there is something for everyone!
