-Woman owned business. -Great if you are a stay at home mom looking for a job to make a little bit of money. -Offers flexibility of working from home from time to time. -Opportunity to earn free vacations and flights based on company points system (if you’re lucky).
Cons
-No career growth opportunities. -Culture of fear, and openly criticizing and shaming employees. -Does not pay a livable wage. Employees often have secondary jobs to supplement their income. -HR micromanages and oversteps professional boundaries. -No clear job role description or formal training. -Bonuses are paid in store gift cards instead of money.
