Pros

Dedicated staff (probably because the job puts food on their table in tge mean time)

Cons

1. The system is frustrating and it drains and kills talents and productivity. 2. Insecere/deceitful management. 3. Very poor pay. 4. You stay far longer than the closing time without any compesation. 5. Business activities not properly managed.

Good Laid down HR structure by former, HR Team. CEO, (Solomon.D) is a welcoming, and kind.

Cons

Tribalistic ,and very self centered HRM ( Olamide). Highly political environment where, watch your back.
