Pros
I love the work I do. I have so many opportunities to connect with talented people and learn from them. My team is fun, focused, and supportive. The building is pretty new and very nice to work in.
Cons
Communication is a huge struggle for the company as a whole. The executive team is often afraid to get feedback from employees, and when they do, they ignore the feedback more often than not. You have to flatter and tiptoe around certain key players in the company or you risk being fired or enduring other repercussions. And it's nearly impossible to get a raise.
