      Very collaborative and team oriented. Everyone is kind, sincere and want to see each other succeed.

      I appreciate that everyone works hard to serve the clients and the Team, and we get to have a lot of fun while doing it!

      Working with a group of people that are focused on the people. Development programs! Employee Engagement! Educational Programs! Great Benefits! In-house Training! Leadership Programs!

      Cons

      This is a new field for me personally. My background is not in Engineering. I am still learning the roles of the people I work with. I need better understanding of that to assist in recruiting and team development.
