Pros

1) Company is prompt about monthly salary payment. 2) Company does provide you with fair amount of opportunity IF you are in the right field of work. 3) Company provides exposure to different things in your work tenure.

Cons

1) Company is run by a dictator and thus does not give a damn about the employee. 2) Company offers significantly low package as compared to market standards and the skillset that one might possess but is still adamant about their offer and does not listen to reasoning. 3) Company has a variable pay policy and cons the employee by setting up unrealistic goals and targets so that you will never receive the amount stated under the performance incentives. They will always have an upper hand and will not hesitate to deduct from your incentives. 4) Company does not provide incentives for internet, does not provide food/sodexo coupons or does not provide a bus/cab service for employees working in night shifts. 5) Company has a horrible retention clause which is written completely in their favor and tries to extort money from the employee on their way out. 6) Company offers a monkey's paw while stating the salary breakdown to the employee. 7) The senior management team is really demotivating and grabs every opportunity to demoralize the employee. They also try to imply that the company has done an employee a favor by giving them the job and let them work for their company regardless of how good an employee is at his job! 8) Managers do not have their team mates backs when the situation needs them to. 9) Company says they believe in internal promotions but does not promote the employee when the time is right or the employee is deserving enough. 10) The management team offers a series of scams and plans if they were to retain you and tries to trap the employee further more. 11) Company does not provide enough scope for growth of employee. Tools and utilities used by the company are really old, so you won't be able to learn/grasp new things 12) Company offers very low appraisals and will still stick with their reasons for not offering more to the deserving ones. 13) Company's operating practices are really sloppy, outdated and in a nutshell, JUST NOT RIGHT.

Pros

Plenty of growth opportunities. Training and Kaizen events help you a lot to learn new things. Great performance in Pandemic times. Most of the people are dedicated and focused on work.

Cons

HR policies are restrictive for some profiles. For high demanding jobs, they introduced retention bonuses to force employees not to leave the company. Micromanagement and office politics still there in many departments. New hires receive more package than old employees doing the same Job.

Working hours extent upto 14 Hrs per day & you have to work all your weekend during month end
