Flexible schedule and good pay, but poor management communication

Schedule flexibility. Compensation. Insurance. They provide the (physical) tools you need for your role.

Cons

Communication is poor when changes are made. Lack of training offered to the administration roles. Disrespectful treatment from management, that are supposed to be your support. No SOP's are offered.
