      Very disorganized and not knowing what they are doing

      Friendly people, good work-life balance

      Cons

      Spent 6 months reiterating the same plan but no actual action items. Lack of alignment across the teams, and each team is doing whatever they want. The company suddenly let go of a significant number of people before the summer break without any advanced notice. They said the CEO has other thoughts. Stay away from this awful company.

      Pros

      This company used to be really good. Great team and interesting technology. All of that is now gone! There are no pros left for this company. (Unless you'd count providing snacks to satisfy employee's stress eating, due to the utmost lack of trust that you will have your job the next day.)

      Cons

      This company is now laying off most of the employees with lousy severance packages and some others are just quitting because there is NO CLEAR DIRECTION for where the company is going. I can not emphasize enough how much politics and ego is going on in the upper management. There has been a culture of finger-pointing whenever something goes wrong. And on top of that, the CEO is seriously lacking in leadership experience.

      Start up culture with entrepreneurial people.

      Cons

      Highly disorganized, a lot of talk and no action, lack of internal support and infrastructure. Literally all over the place. Seems to not have a clear vision for future.
