      Pros

      Coworkers are amazing. That’s it.

      Cons

      -The pay is awful. If the company isn’t doing well, they will cut your pay no matter how good your personal performance is. Raises are nonexistent. -Certain people can get away with anything and absolutely take advantage of that power. Everyone else lives in constant fear of being laid off at any moment. -5 long term employees (including myself) have quit the past 2 months because the company is going downhill so quickly.

      Pros

      Getting a look at selling event or performance goods, if you haven't before. Temporary income until you find something better.

      Cons

      Tone-deaf, incompetent in communication, and refusing to take steps to fix numerous issues throughout the company, instead dumping any failings on the shoulders of "lower" floor staff. Lots of people would quit or be let go, and they didn't care because they could just scoop up more bodies to throw in their place.
