      24/7 Service? More Like 3 AM Antique Lamp Emergencies!

      Pros

      No pros! Slavery that pays the bills. They exhausted me completely!

      Cons

      24/7 apparently translates to "you answer the phone, no matter the day or time. "Don't get me wrong. I like helping customers, but there's a difference between that and being woken up at 3 am on a Saturday because someone forgot to order packing peanuts for their fragile antique lamp. No thanks to weekend warrior shipping emergencies

      To be honest, I don't know if there were any.

      Cons

      The downside of joining this company was actually everything!! There's no work-life balance or you could say no life at all!! All we do is pacify angry, rude customers who treat us like we're the enemy! Saying this job was insanely stressful is an understatement!

      Pros

      Salary is better than other companies, but still not worth it in my opinion.

      Cons

      Employees are expected to be on call 24/7 regardless of what time it is. It's absolutely ridiculous having to wake up in the middle of the night on a weekend just to answer a phone call because management have no concept of what boundaries are. Definitely not a job I would recommend to anyone.
