Pros

> They pay well if you're not entry level BUT good luck being paid on time. They don't offer any health benefits. > They have some talented people but horrific leadership in owner. > If you have no work experience you'll learn quick and any other job you take will seem like heaven. > They come up with smart sneaky ways to fix things that most people wouldn't feel comfortable with so you'll learn some hacks to systems. Don't be surprised if they try to clean up Glassdoor with fake reviews. If you go in for an interview ask the employees what they think of the owner and how they are treated. > I wanted to love this company and build something great but it became apparent that despite having hard working talented people. The owner would never make this environment worth being around. > The culture and talent of the agency could truly be something special if you removed the CEO. When he's not in the office everything could run well if they had a COO to ensure operations were running smooth. The reason for the detailed review is to ensure people know what they are getting into if looking to work here. The owner likes to paint a false picture when hiring.

Cons

> The number one reason you should not get near this company is because of the owner. I have never in my life seen someone treat their employees let alone another human being so poorly in a business environment. > The most unprofessional owner. He literally yells at employees in public. It's shocking if a day doesn't go by where he hasn't badgered or publicly try to humiliate someone. Luckily, he isn't in the office 5 days a week but don't think he won't go ALL CAPS yelling and freaking out on agency communication tool. > One of the most disorganized businesses I've ever seen in my life. The expectations and focus changes daily. You'll be drilled on what your goals are but they will change regularly since the owner will pivot everything the managers have set. > They only have one real client and every other client and/or project they tell you about is to paint this picture to make it seem that they are so much bigger than they really are. The entire agency is built on one client, it's not a stable work environment or way to run a business. > Don't be surprised if you're told you have to work on week-ends. Projects are mismanaged and the owner will yell that he could do things in 5 minutes and try to make you feel worthless. > The turnover rate is crazy. There's a reason people keep leaving. It's simple: poor leadership. Individual teams have their rockstars but everyone is miserable because of how poorly the owner manages the business. > They are going to start outsourcing so good luck having them truly value what you can bring to the table because they'll just hire someone at a fraction of the price and pin that offsite team against you. Trump would be against where this satellite would be located. > There's no leadership or team leader that has real credible experience to learn from. If you're looking to be in trained by a veteran who has worked on well known brands or have a proper on-boarding process, don't expect to find that. There's no legit HR person who you could even go to who could help. > Both locations are in terrible locations and neighborhoods. I understand about getting cheap location and not spending a ton of cash on a fancy office but they are subpar location out of all the agencies out there in South Florida. I assure you it's probably one of the worst locations that you could work in.

Pros

Not many pros. Yes, you learn a lot in a significantly short amount of time, large office, some notable employees.

Cons

It’s unfortunate that most of the comments recently left are a obviously inaccurate and likely made up by the internal management. The company is not a “fun” environment. It is ran drill-sergeant style with little or mo room for error. Un motivational place where most won’t last a year. CEO will brag about 500% company growth but will never mention 2500% company turnover.

Every Positive Review is Made by The CEO

Pros

I can’t think of one.

Cons

CEO throws tantrums every single day. If he’s out of town, He’ll make sure he calls you and screams at you, even if it’s 11:00 pm on a Saturday. In a year, I saw more than 15 talented and decent people be mistreated and fired and some others just couldn’t take it and quit. CEO mistreats men and women equally. Even if you’re able to deal with his craziness, he has only one client so the company is not very stable.
