      Pros

      I love working for Russell he works very hard and treats his staff like family.

      Cons

      He has dogs that sometimes come in but the dogs and really lovable and they usually aren't allowed to run around the entire office.

      Many different areas to learn- sales, marketing and technology. Small organization so hands on and opportunity to enhance all skill-sets.

      Cons

      Wore many hats so it could get hectic at times. However working under pressure helped me to multitask and prioritize projects.
