      Pros

      Some of the people are nice. Sometimes people bring in bagels and cake. That's honestly about it unless you're a brown noser and then you might make it somehow.

      Cons

      We are overworked and under paid. We don't get any recognition for how hard we actually work to keep up with inventory. Management acts like they care about your opinions, but then turns around and screws you over. This company is a good after college job for about 6 months to a year and then GET OUT before the continued oppression and criticism destroys your mental health. The other reviews on here are accurate.

      Pros

      Some nice and intelligent people work here. Most don’t stay, though.

      Cons

      Management consistently fails to deliver on its promises. 110% effort gets the same recognition, and pay, as 50% effort. Unbelievably high turnover rate resulting in no room for growth. Talent is not recognized. Management only cares about client retention.

      Sometimes we get to leave early on Fridays if we make goal.

      Cons

      Pay, lack of respect, management plays favorites, no work life balance. The positive reviews on here were written by brown nosers who were asked to write them by upper management. Do not work for this company.
