      Pros

      Even though you become busy it allows you to grow at a much faster speed. When employees leave it allows for open clients and positions so if your competitive and have drive this is the place for you. If you enjoy traveling to a lot of places in a short amount of time you will love it here!

      Cons

      Get thrown into new projects or clients quickly with not a lot of notice or direction. High employee turn over rate.

      Pros

      Opportunity for growth. Lots of ability to learn. The company is constantly looking at ways to create a better culture. Great environment with great people, has a family feel. A lot of passionate people. As a new employee they make you feel welcome, and truly care about making sure you are given the tools to succeed.

      Cons

      Can be long hours and high pressure due to deadlines, but that is common with this industry.

      Opportunities to get involved with a lot of interesting things if you're willing to put in the work and work as a team. If you work hard you'll be rewarded and have a chance to work o new things.

      Cons

      Some weak team members continue to work here. It can bring down the morale of the rest of the team doing great work.
