I have never worked at a company that didn't experience some level of gossip. You have to take it with a grain of salt and consider its source. Our Supervisors are regularly graded on performance through client and employee surveys. We take feedback seriously and address the matters accordingly. Pay increases are not "offered", they are earned. We are constantly collecting data on our employees and we perform formal annual reviews. We hold our therapists to high standards and those who are not able to meet the standards do not receive pay increases. Our successful therapist are rewarded with above average compensation and benefits that exceed our industry standards. Although you were not able to reach the level needed to succeed at CSH, you should continue to strive to educate yourself and become the best therapist you can be.
