Management is out of touch, you are vastly underpaid for what is expected of you, people are constantly leaving, can't even fill upper level laboratory positions because no one has been with the company long enough, supervisors regularly do nothing while people struggle to keep up with work, admin enacts ridiculous procedures without input from techs, management will do anything to absolve themselves of responsibility, people won't even make it through training, high turnover, little to no reward for those that do well and stay.
