Pros

The With One Voice program has real merit and brings joy to hundreds of people. The majority of staff, Choir Leaders and volunteers are passionate, hard working, lovely people.

Cons

The organisation is completely suffocated by micromanagement, erratic business practice and ridiculous demands from the Founder. A very stressful environment, with an unacceptable amount of bullying, harassment and impropriety tolerated, as it all comes from the Founder of the organisation. No aid given by the Board. Very high turnover, which is dramatic for a very small team of staff. Needs of the clients not put first.

Working with an innovative model does create ambiguity that means the way forward isn't always clear, nor who is responsible for solving problems.
