- Extremely Unprofessional - There are no learning opportunities for technical resources - Salary is horrible - Trick people by telling them that there are H1B Opportunities and never do anything about it - Working 16 hours a day is an expectation - They deduct salary sometimes on the basis that the work was "Not Up to the mark" - Upper Management does not have a clue about technology and still want to run the projects. This makes the project suffer and then resources are blames for it and then they deduct salary bcause they feel like it

People always ask to stretch on weekends on friday Non technical managers Have only -1 project-1 because only single project which is already gone. Play politics like political parties in india. Every week HR roles out new policy about payroll and deductions. You are being micro managed. Every discussion goes in companies favor. While exit they will suddenly get understanding that you have to finish this much of work otherwise we won't leave you. No project execution method used. Manager ask for ETA and at the end they say finish this in 1 week including weekends. No compensation for week end work done. If company don't have work for you they will put you on PIP and will ask you for take less salary if you want to continue. and yes company always don't have work for you.
