      Pros

      Great people, pay is descent. challenging, making devices that save lives daily. Large shop but have a small shop feel within groups. Growth option.

      Feels like the company is beginning to slip into more corporate than a smaller shop that cares.

      Pros

      Great resume builder, good coworkers, good 401k plan

      Cons

      Extremely bad management, managers will ask you to do jobs they could not do themselves, training is well below average, bad pay, you will be gaslit using terms like “pay isn’t everything” management promotes themselves and do not promote actual employees. Oh and when you quit for a new opportunity certain managers will reach out to your new company and try to tarnish your name.

      Pros

      Flexible with schedule if needed for a short time, easy work, barely any hard lifting. Supervisors listens to employee when needed. HR comes in early to listen and help with everyone on the floor.

      Cons

      Poor management with communications from management to the floor of the people.
