      Pros

      Best run company I’ve ever worked for. Smart, hardworking team. Opportunities to learn skills that you would never get at a larger company. ET work harder than the employees.

      Cons

      Employee benefits such as PTO are conservative. No hand holding so if you require a lot of guidance it might not be the place for you.

      Pros

      Innovative Product that's the only good thing.

      Cons

      The worst conditions imaginable. Management is not objective. The board of directors haven't a clue as to how it is run. The Inventor is the President and is very moody. They lay people off if they disagree with them. They hired a sales force but had not done any preliminary market research on the product they were introducing to the market place. Were not medicare approved. A complete horror show.
