Pros

The training and support provided by the leadership team is very thorough when joining the company. You are made to feel very welcome and there is a fantastic vibrant culture here across all of the teams. There are always great incentives and success is acknowledged and celebrated - This is genuinely the most enjoyable position I've ever worked in.

Pros

Office was nice and centrally located.

Cons

Cath Jules CLOSED Criterion Conferences on 5 June 2020. Why does she keep advertising for Conference Producers on Glassdoor? As of 4 September 2020, jobs for Criterion keep being advertised on Glassdoor. Is it because Mrs Jules new phoenixed company The Hatchery (Hub) has no profile and she's hoping potential employees won't know any better? Stop the false advertising.

Pros

When company was making money it was great, wiling to help staff with consistent enough rewards and constant team incentives. The staff were awesome and I built great friends with peers.

Cons

Don't event know where to start: 1) My manager was useless. Senior leader that didn't know anything. 2) Half the managers were overpaid managers that didn't even do exactly what they were employed for which was manage. Absolute waste of money and just a bunch of minions. 3) The communication was horrible, I went through constant stress and reviews for KPIs that were not possible. With giving feedback I was only told that I needed to meet KPIs and they were not valid reasons I was not performing. 4) The company has 3 MDs , to many managers to count and team leaders on top. Half the company is managers and for a company of sub 70. I find it greatly entertaining yet useless at the same time. 5) the company went into administration not paying out its employees and it has the audacity to reopen as a new company (The Hatchery (hub)) with the same Managing directors that are PAYING its staff. If this isn't a big screw you to past staff I don't know what is. Karma will do it's course. Horrible company when it's true colours showed.
