Pros

People working in the US team are sensible but their hands seemed to be tied when it comes to solving an issue with the Indian management. Flexible working hours -at least at the start.

Cons

Management and HR of team Indian I was in the company before there was any HR in this company, and I can tell you one thing, the company was working fine without any company politics and toxic company culture. For almost a year now, everything has changed. The company has become more toxic day by day. They claim to brag about mental health, but nothing to maintain it other than scheduling fun meetings post working hours. If you even take the history of the employees leaving this company, you'll get to know exactly how good this company is. They will rather cover the problem than solve the problem of the employee. Your superior who is meant to be a leader turns out to be your worst enemy in the office area. Taking things personally, working on egoism, and outraging employee rights are some qualities that they own. And to support and cover this behavior, there's an HR. Recruiting process is something which you can never understand in this company, to make it smoother obviously the idea was to get an HR. Did that help? I don't think so. Even after referring multiple people, they have been just kept on hold for more than months without a reply/ rejection. There's no follow-up in 3-4 months after the interview. Since the person here was someone I knew, I got to know the drill, quite sure many talents were just lost by this process that nobody knows of or maybe those talents were saved from the toxic culture. In my experience, HR India which claims to be non-partial is partial. Only if you are HR's love interest you will get the job role you are looking for. The management seems to close its eyes to this. I haven't seen one person who gets their employee rights here, even after having their HR. Also, People who are friends with HR and are in any connection otherwise with her and the HR herself can walk in anytime they want without worrying about the biometric and can easily skip the supervision of the HR ofcourse. Also, This not just targeting the Hr but the indeed true system goes on that the person tries to hide within the pleasing nature. This company or rather the people in charge are the reason why the hard-working people don't get what they deserve and eventually the company loses the gem while keeping the stones to themselves I hope this review helps this company and the people wanting to join this company get a heads up of what they're doing/joining.

Pros

The only pro was the CEO and some upper management in the U.S. who seemed to be very genuine but unfortunately, because of the poor management and ego-driven managers/ team leads/HR and the 'Hierarchy' that they maintain, there's no point in reaching out to them.

Cons

I regret being referred to this company. The initial stages were good and very professional, things go down the line once you get to know your superiors and how they play around with the employee's career to satisfy their ego. It's ironic how team leaders and managers care so much about team-building activities, talking about work-life balance while mentally straining the employee. Now that brings us to the person that should be neutral, HR. You might think that'll help, but no. I'm not sure about the current situation but during my time, the HR from India didn't do anything for the employee's rights or rather heard the part. Do you see the number of openings this company has? That's also the number of employees leaving the toxic culture this so-called management has put up.
