1. Executive management team has no integrity in sales practices and their employee's careers.
2. The software is vaporware, which during demos they will position as fully AI driven, but is seriously lacking.
3. Senior management are forced to be "YES" people and they unfortunately have to turn a blind eye to failed product
4. Unethical hiring practices: Several people had their offers rescinded 1 day before their start date! These would have been people that would have handed their resignation, and I know some of them had actually moved to the St Pete and NY offices to take this job.
And those that started within a few weeks of Aug were laid off as part of a mass RIF - almost 25%.
The CEO then proclaims that this "tough decision" was due to COVID, which is completely false, as being one on the inside, I am witness to their frivolous spending of VC capital.
In a nutshell, stay away. And if you are there, start looking to get out ASAP.
