      -Small Company with a family like feel -Excellent Team Work and Collaboration -Supportive -Hard working Team -Knowledgeable within the industry -Caring -Humble

      -Small so benefits are a more expensive due to the size -Young company therefore there are some growing pains and there will continue to be some growing pains
