      Pros

      The people are nice, and the offices are in central locations.

      Cons

      Stressful atmosphere - people work even if they are sick, there is no balance between work and your free time, the days consist of 8 hours of meetings - so you have to do your work during them or after office hours.

      Flexible working environment. Greate colleagues who are knowledgeable, engaged and welcoming newcomers. Having the intention to take care of the employees. Good benefits with regards to bank services, health care allowance, lunch coupon, and phone.

      Salaries are low. Too much work and very stressful. Not many opportunities to grow your career.
