Pros

Compensation... what they pay.... But sadly they don't pay it for a longtime....so once u tested that pay, u keep lurching for it and waste all your time in future!!!

Cons

Very malice intentions!!! Their dirty play will harm your overall nature, health and mindset!!!

Pros

Salary is good, no additional benefits, if compare industry standard salary +other benefits like medical insurance etc. same salary.

Cons

I worked with crossover nearly 2 years, projects are very unstable. My project rampdown suddenly, they informed one day before, terminated next day. I was informed that I'm placed in marketplace, none of the hiring managers contacted me. I reached out to support team by email several times(there is no direct connect option, they hardly reply for emails, no HR policies) , finally after 7 follow ups I got a reply saying "they is no specific time frame when you will get recruited, we give only 3 chances, though they didn't not give me any chance". My questions are: 1. When you don't have enough opportunities, why are you still recruiting engineers, just to waste their IT careers? 2. Don't you have proper policy to take care your partners, I worked nearly 2 years, after my project got over why are you unable to get me interview calls from mangers? Where as you are recruiting people from outside for same skills. Advise for the people who are looking job: There is no job security though you work long term.

Pros

The Cons outweigh the pros for this company, so I have to reluctantly state that this company experience will have to be remembered for years to come for its outright illegality. This company gave me a future of work for which there is no future. A lot of people have moved on but I decided to teach them a lesson that they will perhaps never forget.

Cons

As of today i.e., April 2020 all the directors of this company are facing prosecution in Indian Courts of law and I can provide evidence to Glassdoor if they insist over email. So everyone beware that my comments were previously removed from Glassdoor but I have decided to post on other social media channels and websites to stay away from companies like these. I do not say that this company is fake but the long term ill-effects and social trauma that you will face due to discrimination happening at this company is mind boggling.
