Poor management, petty co workers, low pay, patients are rude. Management cares more about nit picking and placing blame on little things than actually helping patients.
We are Christian based non profit health center who serves low or no income communities. We are PCMH certified meaning We treat the whole patient, body, mind, and spirit.
Cons
Does not pay well in regards to the employee's experience, skills, or effort. A more qualified employee who has been with the organization for a while gets paid the same amount as someone who just started with less qualifications. Not fair.
