Pros
- American sourced & made products - employs a lot of people in urban and rural areas throughout Ohio - growing fast and full of big, interesting, and fun ideas - competitive compensation & benefits - good work/life balance - lots to learn and get involved in - you can be involved and help in as much of the process as you're willing to invest in learning about and jumping in on - small enough to know most people and have strong sense of shared responsibility, and also have autonomy and agency as an individual
Cons
- unpredictable and inconsistent communication - plans and information available tend to change suddenly, causing a tremendous amount of work to go to waste - imbalance of team structure/responsibilities and lack of leadership across the board that makes it difficult for teams to work together efficiently

Worse company to work for, dishonest, don't care about the workers, will do anything to throw you under the bus.
Cons
The entire company and leadership have no idea what they are doing and point fingers at one another. Will throw you and your team under the boss. People will lie just to get where they need and those around them fired.
