Pros

Over the last decade of working here, I've been continually impressed with the positive and collaborative culture at CrowdComfort. We are fortunate to have such an amazing team that is open-minded, innovative, and always willing to embrace a new challenge.

Cons

Like a lot of early-stage technology companies, I think there is always room for improvement around a more defined and intensive training program for new employees. While the company encourages everyone to take the initiative and thoughtfully run with new projects/ideas, as the company continues to rapidly grow, I think this type of training program would helpful to ensuring consistency and alignment across the organization.

Pros

- Strong product-market fit selling into verticals that need to be digitized. - Good, collaborative culture - Top notch benefits

Cons

- Very small company selling into huge verticals makes it tough to get customers to pay attention. - Small company means people need to stretch outside of their comfort zones and do more with less resources.
