Pros
People always question and analyze things being implemented. The engineering team is strong enough to keep the product team assured that their ideas will be implemented well. The culture is amazing and open. People are very much approachable.
Cons
You don't get to deal with very core technical challenges. I can't think of any other con, as such.

It's a great place, in the short term. But has potential.

- Fantastic colleagues (except a few) - The best workspace I've seen - Really good employee benefits - You CAN learn a lot since the team is small and there's a lot to be done - The CEO is approachable, that's a big plus - It has a LOT of potential and with the right direction, it can do wonders for its users and for its employees.
Cons
- Lack of long-term vision - Lack of processes. This means a lot of time is spent doing tasks that may have no to little effect on the company. This also means rules and goals are made up on the go, and similarly discarded. - Talent management can be better. Some of the best people have left. Doesn't do much to motivate. - Lack of transparency on product development, employee performance, compensation.

Pros
1) Great Learning Opportunities. (really cool new techs are being used inside Crowdfire) 2) Each one is assigned a task, hence there is almost complete ownership of the task we do. 3) Great Compensation 4) Free Food (for breakfast and dinner. Lunch is provided at minimal cost) . Food quality is really awesome. And there are variety of food types both including Veg and Non-Veg. 5) Super awesome Work Culture. 6) Cool Office and infrastructure. 7) Mac Book Pro given on 1st day of work 8) Great colleagues. 9) Frequent mini-trips and outings 10) Future prospects look really great for this company.
Cons
There are no such cons for this company yet. But due to so much benefits and employee pampering, the employee may get too much complacent.

Pros
- New ideas are always welcome. - Genuine attention given to new ideas. - Higher management cares about its employees. In fact, a lot of effort is put in to ensure a flat company structure, which means, the 'manager' concept is virtually absent. - Bosses are completely approachable at any time. Literally, round the clock. - Bosses are visionaries. They do their research very well. - A lot of effort is put to ensure a positive (& consequently productive) environment!
Cons
- A bigger refrigerator! (Since I am the 'Always Hungry' kind). On a serious note, no cons. Really.

Pros
1. Very good tech team. The tech team consisted of very passionate and helping individuals who were more than willing to share knowledge as well as passionate with the newest technologies. 2. The overall management team makes works decently and the employees are taken better care off. 3. The work-life schedule is pretty much balanced while working here
Cons
The CEO lacks Vision. Unfortunately, in spite of being very passionate, he lacks a vision and hence the company lacks one too. He gets influenced pretty easily and doesn't know which direction he is heading to. This sometimes leads to mass layoff etc.

Not the perfect startup
3 May 2016 - Software Engineer in MumbaiRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Bootstrapped for years, small teams, nice perks, really friendly people from top to bottom, have lots of power users who love the product. You can have your say in product decisions.
Cons
Lack of good mentors. Just a hip workplace. Too much focus on "culture", Workplace is sometimes too noisy for devs to focus. They have reached a saturation point in terms of product. No product vision. Lack of delegation and micromanagement in some teams.

The work has pushed me to explore new ways solving problems. Very experienced leadership team. I started with a small project but over the past year I have executed many big projects. They have pushed me from my comfort zone. Everybody here is very energetic, love the positive culture. And love the new office, love our leader's vision.
Cons
Things change fast, sometimes its not easy to follow up.

The best company I've worked for!
20 Oct 2014 - Anonymous Employee in MumbaiRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Everything's great! I love the culture, the people, my work, the food, the atmosphere, the office...everything. Lot of scope to grow, learn new things and take responsibility and ownership of whatever you are working on.
Cons
With the team growing now, things may get difficult and the team may not stay as close knit as it currently is, but no complaints at all.

I love waking up and coming to work every day because of the culture, people, the amazing view. Crowdfire is the reason why I love weekdays more than weekends now. You get full ownership of what you and the creative freedom to express your skills and talents.
