Pros

Promptly get paycheck every other week. Project back log and company is doing well.

Cons

No respect for employees. They will be treated as slaves. Control freaks in every department. Upper management doesn't even know the basics of management. There is no teamwork what so ever. Every department points finger at each other. Not benefits and horrible pay. Safety hazards in the shop. It is a place where accidents are waiting to happen. They are just lucky so far.

Pros

The company has a good product and a good system for manufacturing. They have a steady back log of work ahead.

Cons

Its a sweat shop mentality. Mandatory overtime with out breaks for exempt workers. That's 4 to 5 hours in the chair working, 30 minutes for lunch and then another 4 to 6 hours in the chair without a break, every day. Also, engineering is done using 2-D autocad which takes 3 times as long to use. If the company would use a parametric program work flow would increase without working so much overtime. The management does not know anything else but AutoCad.

Cons

poor management, complete lack of leadership, constant in-fighting between departments. Toxic environment, women make less than men doing the same job. The financial issues are insurmountable, they are in survival mode not business mode.
