Pros

Most of the people working out in the stores are great. $300 voucher every six months of employment.

Cons

There are so many. Awful culture. Clear separation between high ups and regular employees. Pay is not great. Vacation and sick time are a joke. Work life balance is nonexistent - don't expect to ever work just 8:30-5 as a salaried employee. As an employees of 3 years I saw so many people leave/get fired both in my department and company wide. Just do yourself a favor and stay far, far away. Quitting was the best thing I ever did for myself.

Commissions were not great at all. Customers get same deals we got as employees The company is full of gossip and hostile people who do not like new comers And there is never just one way to do something every office is like a whole different world

$300 voucher every 6 months to spend at stores.... Wish I could say more, but that's really the only perk.

Cons

At HQ: Where do I begin? Understaffed constantly because they can never keep anyone around because no one wants to work here. The pay sucks. You're expected to do a crap ton of work and go above and beyond, but you are not compensated for it. If you're hoping to gain experience, turn around because you won't get it here. The training is awful. No one ever knows what they're doing here. I've worked here for 2 years and have not learned one valuable thing that has furthered my knowledge or will help me at my next job. I have never ever felt so unwanted and like I don't matter at a company as much as I felt when working here. It was a waste of time working here.
