Refusal to pay unless you threaten to take legal action against them, do not trust your experience, was given only 8 weeks to turn business around, they want you to spend time creating detailed Excel files for campaigns that have no approved budget yet complain that business hasn't picked up, only employer that discourages you from working with colleagues, website has not been updated in ages yet they are an online business, job terminated immediately with no conversation leading up to that point yet they claim to give 2 weeks notice in their contract, you do all the tasks on their to-do lists yet they are still not satisfied and blame you for things not working, stalks you on social media, etc.
