Pros

LeaseCrunch has is a growing company and I've been able to grow my career working here. We work from home which is a huge plus for me at the moment. We primarily work with CPA firms and their clients to implement the new lease standard which has been new for me and I really enjoy working with our clients.

Poor Communication and Lack of Structure

The best part about this company is the people. They work hard to build a positive company culture with fun happy hours and networking events. Good group of folks.

Cons

As a company that is so small you think there would be great communication across the board, but that is not the case. The company is mainly made up of leadership that did not communicate well with employees, provide structure and stability, or a clear vision for the future. Very frustrating for the employees that had no idea what other departments were working on. As a startup comprised largely of management, the few low men on the totem pole were expected to take on many roles that were out of their wheelhouse (think an admin doing software testing). Also poor pay, no benefits, employee reviews or promotions. Very stifled, unmotivated, unresponsive, stressful work environment.
