      The people you work with are great

      The CEO for starters. What has been allowed to remain here (she's reported and had other reviews removed for being 'too person') don't even scrape the surface of who she really is. Fake as fake comes. Pretends to be an 'ocean of love' when she belittles and hurls abuse at people depending on what mood she's in that minute. The Company itself is a joke. There was 1 single invoice issued my entire time working there. From what I see, it's finally caught up to them. If you already have a full time job do not leave it for this place. If you've just moved here and can tolerate sexist, racist and homophobic remarks this might be the stop gap you've been looking for.

      Some senior engineers have extensive industry experience, and your only opportunity for growth is to seek their advice. The work pace is slow.

      Cons

      The CEO is very domineering and self-centered, skilled at manipulating employees. The entire company is controlled by a strict hierarchy. Besides email, the company also uses personal WhatsApp for communication, which intrudes into your personal life outside of work hours. During work hours, people contact each other not through work software but through private groups, causing you to miss important information. The company's business has no growth potential, and as an engineer, your work results are not properly evaluated, with few opportunities for a raise. Only a few employees write code and documentation in a structured way, making it difficult for juniors to develop good habits. For those who value privacy and personal life, this company is not recommended.

      There are no strategic plans, company goals, leadership or positive culture. It looks like the company is running out of money and cannot deal with basic management needs.
