Pros

Passion for excellence. Trying to build business.

Cons

Cult-like atmosphere. If you’re not like the clique, you’re not welcome.

Pros

Free drinks on Fridays, Pool Table, Party Environment for the Privileged Few

Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement. Place is completely disorganized. They have a churn and burn attitude, which promotes over-working people and then either letting them go, or watching them flee elsewhere. Really cheap on salaries and bonuses.

Pros

Some nice people, social. Also a good location. Good amount of PTO (although difficult to take it).

Cons

I would not recommend working at CultHealth. The people are trying but it's not set up correctly. Other pharma agencies pay more. Management isn't great and offer little room to grow in responsibilities. Very little internal promotion - management is obsessed with hiring as many people as possible (even under qualified people at senior levels) just to make the company bigger. If you do move up, you find yourself doing the same job as entry level employees. The people are gossipy, clicky, and judgmental. It's more of a social club than a professional workspace.
