Pros
It's a great company ran by a boss/friend of mine. He's a really kind, intelligent individual who knows what he's doing and take the time to teach you the correct way of doing things. I've learned alot at this company and hate to leave, but that's life every great thing comes to an end.
Cons
As of lately the only con is not working enough.
