      Great people to work with. You will learn a lot working there.

      Cons

      Lacking communication on whats going on, smaller company and employees are there for a long time so there is not much room for career growth. Also desperately need to update technology.

      Cons

      "Directors" are very unprofessional. Employees are treated well if they are in one of the "cliques" or if they are family or personal friends of the directors. No loyalty or appreciation shown from management to sincere hard working employees. Spare yoursrlf from heartache and look elsewhere for employment.
