There is a "open door" policy with all management so communication is a breeze. The variety of project work is amazing so we are never bored as projects last 3-6 months and then we are onto the next unique project. The virtual environment is great as it gives you flexibility with your hours. As long as you work hard and communicate, this is a great place to work.
