Recently completed one year with CTS and what a amazing year it was😍. Joined as a fresher as learnt so many things that would help me in future. Working with a superb team who supports each other who helps each other and gives proper details and solution when we face any difficulties. So help with the management team of Frontline team, I hope everyone gets a manager like Moses sir who treats his team members like his family members and never shows bossy nature and handles situations in a manner. Assistance Manager Faiyaaz sir is very friendly with everyone and loves to talk and share his thoughts and he creates a whole different vibe in office. Work wise he is doing really amazing, whenever I get sick or I want a leave, he tries his best to give leave and he did also. Management team gives proper guidance and time to time they give feedback for improvement and also conduct refreshers and training sessions. Also really wanna thank Shuchita, she is the best team leader and everyone deserves a team leader like her, she is soooooo helpful and this lady loves her work and very dedicated towards her work, she knows the product so well and do hell lots of tasks very gracefully. whenever I ask for help she is there. she treats us new bees like bacchasss and very fun-loving and jovial kind of person. You really motivate us to work hard🙌. All the T2s are amazing very helpful and whenever we ask for help they aside there task and help us first so good job guys👍. Frontline team is doing great day by day and team is getting bigger and bigger. More success to the team. CHEERS 🍻

No cons from my side. Just have some small issues as the building is lil old and everyday I face problem to park my bike because parking space is small🙂. also office space for Frontline team is small and sometimes our voice clashes in each others call and that impact our quality. There is no fan is cafetaria🥵, We need bigger headset which blocks background noise and give clear sound.
