      Team was great but wasn't enough for me to want to stay

      Pros

      Amazing team! The Senior Project Manager as well as everyone else on the team was great! They were really great to work with. It was bitter sweet leaving but nothing changes when it starts at the top and that person doesn't think that things need to change.

      Cons

      The pay was under the average for the area and priorities were constantly being messed up due to the owner of the company priorities his own work over that of our other clients. The owner of the company regularly made me feel like I was incapable of doing he job regardless of the comments made by our clients of my success on their accounts.

      Pros

      The line level employees are phenomenal. These are people who, for whatever reason, are sticking around and trying their absolute best to do right by clients. It's a tight knit, tiny team that pulls each other through.

      Cons

      Regularly encouraged by the highest level of management to lie and bend the truth to clients. Insane project loads, unrealistic timelines, highest level of management actively undermines employee success. Added bonuses are no raises, promises for continuing education or reaching performance based goals are never kept, and more clients than not verbally abusing employees.
