      Pros

      It's an incredibly easy job to get into and it pays well.

      Cons

      It has many rules that don't benefit you at all such as having to buy your own set of knives with your own money, there isn't paid training, and they target high schoolers and college students that don't know any better.

      The products are really great.

      Cons

      Their recruiting is their sales. They churn and burn college kids to produce sales. The kids sell to their parents and family, then quit. It's all about recruitment.
