Pros

“The only real advantage of working with CyberProof is the chance to interact with different clients, gain exposure to various portfolios, work from the UST facility, and have supportive colleagues.”

Cons

Very low salary; yearly hikes are usually less than 8%. Extremely unprofessional management that shows little concern for employees’ well-being. Raising concerns leads nowhere—HR typically ignores emails and provides no real support. Many promises are made but never fulfilled; I personally know employees who have been stuck for over four years without any benefits. Job titles come with no pay differences, no structured shift rotations, and even leads show no consideration for SOC members’ opinions or concerns. Appreciations are rotated among a specific set of people, while genuine contributions often go unnoticed. Even during exit interviews, multiple concerns were raised, yet no improvements were made until very recently. Overall, one of the worst employers to be associated with, especially when compared to other business units within UST.
