      Great company, with lots of opportunity

      - Due to current expansion this has created lots of opportunities both in terms of projects and appointment of many much needed positions - New pay and benefits system - Cygnet Values are a major focus in how people work here - I have gained a breadth of experience whilst working here

      Cons

      - More collaborative work with other hospital units in terms of projects and initiatives. This is steadily on the rise.
