Pros

The only pros about this company is when your driving to a clients site and the small amount of free time you to yourself.

Cons

Do not accept employment at this company. They a managed services provider who does not provided good service. The company does not have a standard method of operation. The company only purchases refurbished equipment which is always breaking down. There is no real growth opportunity there because the company has a staff of only about 10 to 15 people. The Office is small and the heat does not work. PS, they only pay 55 percent of your healthcare.

Pros

A few nice coworkers, but not much else.

Cons

Where to begin. I've been here for a few months now and I simply can’t stand it. They do not care about anything but making money for themselves. They overcharge everything and basically trick clients into buying product or software that they don't need. The "benefits" are horrible, they reimburse you half the government minimum for mileage, and practically give no time off. You’re treated very poorly and tricked into thinking there’s a future here. They lie to you about everything, no shame whatsoever. Turnover rate is simply insane! People come and go on a daily basis. Half the people I started with are no longer here! Any positive reviews posted anywhere are fake, as management has "highly advised" us to write. The office atmosphere is very depressing. Expect to get yelled at by management if you dare ask questions. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this sinking ship.

Pros

- The people are always friendly - You have (very limited) PTO days - Free Training

Cons

First, any of these positive reviews are either by Management or from Management "encouraging" employees to write these. Both are verified facts. This company isn't "great" or even "okay". After reading the reviews on here, they all line up. I will sum it up for you: - Money hungry, very cheap as well. Don't expect to get the tools you needs - Pretty much no PTO - "Overtime" is forced and they pay you $10/hr. Note: They charge clients $150/hr for normal work and you get your base pay. When there is overtime, they charge the client $200/hr and pay you $10/hr, NOT $10/hr plus your base pay. - Management threatens to sue you if you go work somewhere else - $.28/mile. This allows you to BARELY cover gas. I have lost so much value on my car and there is so much wear and tear on my car from driving all over the state. When the other review tell you they drive from one end of the state to the other, they aren't joking. - No advancements in the company unless everyone in Management quit - High turnover, a lot of employees come and go within a year - EXTREMELY low pay, these salary review on glass door were probably done by Management because they are 2-3x what you normally get. - They have been in business for 30 years but still have 10 employees and they lose them - Customers are frustrated because they pay for garbage. - Management is non technical but tell you technical things to do - Management micro manages. They will look behind your back every second and question what you are doing - Everyone has left DUE to Management - No network teams, and nobody is trained in networking except one person - No development teams either Also, this isn't "defaming" it is facts that can not be disputed. If you really want to find out what being a slave is like, try working here. You have to have 90% billable hours or you are off Management's nice list. Working there was a big flop for me and I, along with at least 10 other people can say the same. If you ever wondered what being treated like a slave feels like, please feel free to apply.
