Pros

You'll gain extensive learning opportunities and exposure to a wide variety of projects. You'll have the chance to work with and learn across multiple cloud platforms. The internal appraisal process is quite competitive compared to similar roles in other startups and MNCs. The team is supportive, and colleagues are generally willing to help when needed.

Cons

There are no major drawbacks. As a fresher, you may initially face challenges while learning and adapting to new technologies, projects, and processes. However, peers and seniors are supportive and can help you navigate the learning curve.

Pros

There are no such pros in working with them. It only makes you value a genuinely good employer and teaches you how to spot polished branding vs reality.

Cons

Bond amount not clearly mentioned in the offer letter The training period lacked clear structure and professional skill-building. Initial expectation was 3 months, but the process kept changing. Most learning was self-driven through blogs, websites, and trial-and-error rather than guided mentorship. Evaluation criteria lack transparency and are biased. No proper marketing mentorship or expert guidance Company branding and social media presence created expectations that did not match the real experience after joining. Joining Cyntexa was one of the most disappointing experiences of my career. The company presents itself as a great place to learn and grow, but my experience was very different. The so-called training period felt more like regular execution work with limited structured learning, mentorship, or skill development. The initial training duration was communicated as 3 months, but it was later extended one month on asking that this is our process and didnt informaed on joining, at the time of evaluation and even after presenting my work, results, and analysis, I was asked to continue in training again. The evaluation process felt inconsistent and unclear, making it difficult to understand what standards were actually being used. Most of the learning was expected to come through self-study, blogs, and internal resources rather than guidance from experienced marketing professionals. If you are looking for strong mentorship, structured marketing training, or expert-led growth, you may want to evaluate carefully before joining. My overall experience was that the company expects results but provides limited support in helping employees build the skills needed to achieve them.
