      Pros

      Great people, with good attitude. Deliver predictable and user friendly solutions. Good atmosphere, efficient. Growing rapidly, many opportunities. Global company, with offices all over the world.

      Cons

      Relatively small company, but have all HR related benefits outsourced, so employees get good benefits. Not extremely visible in the market place, but are investing in marketing.

      Pros

      Cyviz is a great place to work for a number of reasons. There is a friendly atmosphere and a great team spirit, the management is accessible and open for new ideas, you have the chance to shape your own role in the business, and a chance to work globally.

      Cons

      Open plan office may sometimes become a little noisy and it can prove difficult to concentrate. Luckily it is possible to work from home when needed. Working across multiple time zones sometimes involve strange work hours.
