Pros

Lol no pros at all

Cons

Everything after few days of joining will be be a disadvantage for employee at Cyzerg. I bet you even if you breathe in this company you might be questioned for that. Such is the mentality of the CEO. 24 hours of surveillance on CCTV by the CEO such micro management that you can’t even move. No management.. 0 skills of managing people... no business or professional ethics, no humanity values.. 0 professionalism. Just soo rude as per his mood he will bash you out for no reason. Need perfection in everything with 0 planning. Product requirement changes as per his daily research. Policies change as per their mood. 12 months there are openings in this organisation you know why? Because they don’t have guts to retain employees they don’t value anybody’s hardwork and can fire anytime.
