Firstly, whoever is joining please as per my suggestion don't quit your previous organization because people here, are very unprofessional and they don't give you proper brief and they don't even care about their employees. They will play with your career. They don't even know the difference between strategist and copy writer. They think strategist means who writes copies and communicate with clients and does the interviews as well. Team don't know how to operate even basic things like postings and make the clients fool.
