      They’ll give you a job. The pay isn’t great, but at least you’re working, right?

      Cons

      They pay the lowest out of all the consultant firms in the area, so I strongly advise looking elsewhere first. The insurance isn’t great, you have to use your own vehicle for field work… unless you’re a surveyor, and they basically fire you right after you give your two weeks. They’ll hire “anyone with a pulse” which are exact words from management. The statement is true because they struggle keeping new hires long term. I would recommend staying away unless you’re truly that desperate for a job.
